The Under 12s welcomed Good Neighbours Dunvant this morning in a match played in a wonderful spirit. Big thanks to Dunvant for both sparing some players and also to Lee for agreeing to referee.
First blood went to Gowerton when me managed to convert some early pressure and some excellent running lines into a converted try. It was a physical encounter during which our forwards managed to secure a great deal of ruck ball and retain possesion. Dunvant appeared to be that little bit more well drilled and fitter than us and managed to pull away scoring some lovely tries.
The last say also went to Gowerton with Josh T bursting down the wing and managing to fend off two defenders for a try in the corner that Jonah Lomu himself would have been proud of.
